Vindilac Harvests Pty Ltd is a vegetable and herb farm providing local hotels, restaurants, nurseries, grocery chains, manufacturers from the cosmetic and pharmacy industry, lodges and households, both buying for intermediate use and consumption, with medicinal and culinary herbs as well as fruit, vegetables and livestock. One of the main reasons behind the emergence of Vindilac Harvests was the greater opportunity provided by the growing and processing of herbs and vegetables for a living. There has also been a wide resurgence of interest both in culinary and medicinal herbs which has opened new markets that are waiting to be served by small growers like Vindilac Harvests.
We produce a wide range of vegetables every season including beetroot, spinach, carrots, cabbage, sweet potatoes, peppers and beans, potatoes and tomatoes, cucumber, sweet corn, onions, pumpkin and others.
Our livestock includes cattle, sheep, goats, chickens and horses. We also sell broiler chicks, equipment, vaccinations, medications, cleaning and disinfectant products to small, medium and developing farmers.
We produce apples, apricots, bananas, pears, strawberries, avocados, blueberries, grapefruit, cherries, lychee, lemon, guavas, mangoes, nectarine, oranges, peaches, plums, watermelons and others.
